REUNION AGENDA 

Wednesday, October 6th 

1000 -              Nashville Reunion 2010 Registration Desk opens for Member and Guest Check-In

                       Hospitality Room OPEN

1400                Free Shuttle to Downtown leaves hotel and returns 

1700 - 2100     Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater Tour 

1800 - Free Shuttle to Downtown leaves the hotel and returns at 1830 for those NOT attending the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater Tour. Anyone staying downtownpast the 1830 return trip is responsible for your transportation back to the hotel. 

2200                Hospitality Room CLOSED, Good night 

Thursday, October 7th 

0600                Hospitality Room OPEN, All Hands Heave Out 

0900 - 1100     USS Hopewell DD681 Memorial Service. Buses will leave at 0900 so be early to board 

1100 - 1500     The General Jackson Showboat Lunch Tour - Cruise the Cumberland River 

1500 - 1900     FREE TIME - Hospitality Room OPEN 

1900 - 2100     USS Hopewell DD681 Association Business Meeting. This meeting is for Members Only. PLEASE, No Guest 

2100 - 2200     Hospitality Room will RE-OPEN after the Business Meeting and CLOSE at 2200

Friday, October 8th 

0600                Hospitality Room OPEN, All Hands Heave Out 

0830 - 1430     Best of Music City Tour 

1430 - 1730     Hospitality Room OPEN, Free Time, Go eat Supper (Dinner) 

1730 - 2145     Grand Ole Opry 

2200                Hospitality Room CLOSED, Good night 

Saturday, October 9th 

0600 - 1730     Hospitality Room OPEN, All Hands Heave Out 

0600 - 1730     FREE Time, FREE Shuttle to downtown runs at 1000, 1400 and 1800 with the 1400 and 1800 runs being Round Trips 

0900 - 1300     The Hermitage Tour with lunch at The Hermitage House Smorgasbord 

1900 - 2100     USS Hopewell DD681 Association Banquet. Reunion photo's will be taken so everybody comb your hair and look pretty. Special Music presentation provided by Jason Coleman. Jason is the grandson of the late and great Floyd Cramer. 

2100 - 2200     Hospitality Room OPEN until 2200. 

Sunday, October 10th 

0600 - 1100     Hospitality Room OPEN, All Hands Heave Out.  

We hope everyone will enjoy the Nashville 2010 Reunion and have enjoyed a few days of our Southern Hospitality. If there was anything we could have done better, please let us know so we can pass it down for future reunions. Both Ken Rigsby and I and our wives Florence and Anita have enjoyed being the Host for this reunion and look forward to having you back soon.
