AND EVEN MORE:  Ken has identified a company that sells really top notch ship models.  You can go to their site by clicking here  Ken adds: This is an excellent company if anyone wishes to purchase models for a building project.
Keith Mullen is the new owner and is very helpful and easy to work with. He lives in Arizona. I purchased a model of the Fletcher Class Destroyer to build for our reunion but I don't think I will finish it in time.
Keith has agreed to donate two Fletcher Class Destroyer kits (with all options) for our raffle at the reunion. These kits cost about $400.00 each so this is a very generous donation. He is a former Navy man and served on the USS Adams DDG2.

NEWS:  Our guest speaker in San Diego, Capt. Peter Gumatautau, USN, is now Rear Admiral Peter Gumatautau, USN, which I think we all kind of knew he would be selected.  A truly extraordinary man.  Brad Mills provided this information to us.

NOTE: Ken Davis sent a very interesting packet of information on verterans charities, of which there are many.  Go to our Veterans Charities by clicking on this place
